Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Home Guard La Puente Roofing. By using our website and services, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

We provide roofing services to homes and businesses in La Puente, CA and surrounding areas. These terms apply to all services we offer, including repairs, replacements, inspections, and emergency work.

Our Services

We offer professional roofing services for your property. When you hire us, we'll provide you with a detailed estimate before starting any work. Your approval of the estimate creates an agreement between us.

All work is performed by licensed professionals following local building codes and safety standards. We use quality materials and stand behind our workmanship with warranties on completed projects.

Scheduling and Appointments

When you schedule services with us, you're agreeing to provide access to your property during the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible.

Weather can affect roofing work. If conditions aren't safe, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Your safety and the quality of our work come first.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your estimate. For most projects, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

If you're working with insurance for storm damage or other covered issues, we'll work with your insurance company to help process your claim. However, you're ultimately responsible for payment of all services provided.

Warranties and Guarantees

We warranty our workmanship for a specified period detailed in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and will be explained to you before work begins.

Our warranties cover defects in our work but don't cover damage from severe weather, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance. We'll clearly explain what is and isn't covered before starting your project.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your property and inform us of any potential hazards. This includes pets, security systems, or anything else our crew should know about before starting work.

You're responsible for removing or protecting any personal items in work areas. While we take care to protect your property, securing your belongings helps prevent accidents.

Liability Limits

We carry insurance to protect you and us during roofing work. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We're not responsible for indirect damages or issues we couldn't reasonably foresee.

If hidden damage or additional work is discovered during your project, we'll stop and discuss options with you before proceeding. We never do unauthorized work.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us right away. We'll work with you to address concerns and find solutions. Most issues can be resolved through direct conversation.

For disputes that can't be resolved directly, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will take place in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

For existing projects, the terms in effect when you signed your agreement will apply until that project is complete.
